The material on this site is published only to give information about Abhimantran Legal at the visitor's own request, and nothing on it is to be construed as an advertisement, a solicitation, an invitation, or an inducement to seek professional advice from this firm.
Nothing on this site is legal advice, and nothing on it should be acted on without taking advice on the facts of your own matter. Reading this site, writing to us through it, or creating a portal account does not by itself make us your advocates. A lawyer–client relationship arises only when we have agreed to act for you and any conflict check and engagement formalities are complete.
Do not send us confidential or privileged material through the enquiry form. Information sent before we have agreed to act may not be treated as privileged, and sending it may in some circumstances prevent us from acting for you or for another party.
Once you are a client and hold a portal account, the portal is the appropriate channel: messages and documents in it are held against your matter.
Portal accounts are issued by this office to clients. You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself and for what is done through your account. Tell us at once if you believe someone else has used it, and we will end the sessions on it.
You may upload only material relating to your own matter, and only in the document and image formats the portal accepts. We may suspend an account where it is being misused, or where the professional relationship has ended.
Judgments, press items and public information published on this site are provided for reference. The law changes, and a document published here may not be current. Nothing here is a substitute for the authoritative text of a statute, rule or judgment.
Where a matter conducted by this firm is described, it is described as a matter of record. No outcome in any matter is a promise or an indication of the outcome of any other.

To the extent permitted by law, Abhimantran Legal is not liable for loss arising from reliance on anything published on it, or from any interruption of the site or the portal. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at New Delhi have jurisdiction.
